Spacecode Diamond Cabinet
The Spacecode Diamond Cabinet enables you to quickly
locate items using our own “pick to light” diamond tag
technology. Comprehensively integrates with any ERP.
The Spacecode Diamond Cabinet can store up to
5,000 diamond packets, depending on their size.
Utilizing RFID technology, it tracks and traces diamonds
in real time and provides diamond inventory around
the clock. The Spacecode Diamond Cabinet is only
accessible to authorized users with a secure access card
or biometric fingerprint.
The Spacecode Drawer by Spacecode securely manages and stores large numbers of diamonds (3000 – 8000 diamond parcels, depending on the size of the stones). An innovative storage and management system, it provides advanced inventory control of items and securely tracks and stores them enabling real-time inventory viewable 24/7.
State of the art technology ensures that access to and control of the Spacecode Drawer Plus is made by authorized users only via a secure access card or biometric fingerprint. Registered users gain access to the drawers via the built-in touch screen after selection is made in their existing ERP.
Each drawer is equipped with an individual RFID. The system identifies which drawer the required item is placed in and immediately lights up the RFID tag with LED attached to the item, enabling the assigned user to pick it up immediately using our ‘pick to light’ technology.
No sorting is required as the system automatically identifies in which drawer individual items are stored. Stock count is automated, extraordinarily fast with 100% reading accuracy.
After items are removed and the drawer is closed, an automated inventory count occurs to facilitate 24/7 monitoring, track and trace.

Spacecode Board
The Spacecode Board is a desktop RFID reader designed to efficiently process, read, and manage diamonds. Spacecode RFID with a “pick to light” solution are affixed to parcel paper to allow for fast identification of a specific stone among hundreds, saving time on manual searches. No sorting of diamonds is necessary because the system automatically determines where a single or multiple items are stored in a box, and diamond stock counts are automated with a 100 percent reading accuracy.
The Spacecode Board is a RFID desktop reader designed to fast-track diamond inventory management and ensure reliable track-and-trace and monitoring of stock movement.
With rapid and reliable 3D reading of items regardless of orientation or proximity, the device typically counts 100 parcel papers (with Spacecode’s RFID LED tags attached) in 8-10 seconds, significantly improving office productivity and preventing stock loss and shortages.
The Spacecode “pick to light” technology facilitates instant identification of a specific loose diamond from among hundreds, saving precious time and protecting against oversights. It also eliminates the need for pre-sorting of items. Just place items anywhere in a box and the Spacecode system will identify and track your diamonds.
The Spacecode Board expedites the processing and reading of items as they are passed between processes and individuals. Spacecode Pad
The Spacecode Pad RFID reader for diamonds is a small
reader that is primarily used to link Spacecode tags to
diamond control numbers. Other key applications include
issuing and receiving small numbers of stones and
automatically capturing the weight of a stone when
connected to a weight scale via USB.
The Spacecode Pad is a compact RFID reader designed to monitor and count single or multiple diamonds in rapid and repetitive processes in a defined orientation. It enables speedy association of RFID/LED tag with items in the user’s ERP. When attached to a weight scale (via USB connection), the Spacecode Pad automatically captures the weight of the diamonds during process management. This ensures full transparency and tracking of changes in the associated data/history of an item. Multiple items can be placed on the Spacecode Pad and the LED ‘pick to light’ feature indicates the specific item being sought.

Spacecode Tags
Spacecode’s proprietary ‘Pick to Light’ technology has transformed the way the industry manages inventory. The RFID chip in the Spacecode tag has an LED that lights up when the UID is selected by software.
